Zoom Zoom Zoo is for everyone aged 13 and up, so keep it friendly. These rules apply to level names, levels, display names, avatars/banners you pick, and anything else you share. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Do
- Build clever, fair levels that can be cleared. A level must be cleared by you before you can publish it.
- Be kind. Rate and like levels honestly.
- Credit ideas that are not yours and only share things you have the right to share.
Do not
- Post hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying content, or content that attacks people for who they are.
- Post sexual, graphic, violent or otherwise adult content, or anything that targets or endangers minors.
- Share private information (yours or anyone else's), links, contact details or advertising in names or levels.
- Use names or levels that copy someone else's work, a brand or a real person to mislead.
- Promote illegal activity, self-harm or dangerous behaviour.
- Cheat: use bots, exploits, modified apps, fake accounts or trade ratings, likes or matches to boost scores.
- Spam levels, reports or messages.
Reporting and blocking
- Open any level's INFO page and tap REPORT, then pick a reason. The level is hidden for you straight away and the report is sent to us for review.
- Tap BLOCK CREATOR to hide everything from a creator. You can unblock them any time from Settings > Legal and Privacy > Blocked creators.
- For urgent safety concerns or copyright claims write to zoomzoosupport@gmail.com.
What we do
We review reports and may, at our discretion, hide, edit, re-balance, remove or re-upload levels, rename or reset display names, remove titles or banners won unfairly, take back rewards, and suspend or close profiles. For serious cases (for example anything involving the safety of minors) we may act immediately and tell the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, write to zoomzoosupport@gmail.com and we will take another look.
